i went to Kuching, Sarawak from 13th - 15th May. i reached Puchong, Selangor on May 15th, 10.30pm. directly went to Shah Alam, Selangor on 16th & 17th. rest a day on 18th and proceed to Alam Impian on 19th & 20th. stayed at office for 2 days for some work (OMG the workload) and went to teach public class on 23rd. rest for the weekend just to start driving to Bukit Kayu Hitam, Kedah (very near to Thailand border) and stayed there from 26th - 28th. reached Puchong at 11.30pm and directly went to Shah Alam the next day on 29th. did some more paperwork on 30th and went to Northport Klang, Selangor on 31st. went to Shah Alam on 2nd & 3rd June and another round of Alam Impian on the 4th. went to Alam Impian again on 4th from morning til noon and spent the rest of the day for some paperwork (OMG the workload is killing me) and studying for an exam which is held on 5th, 9.30am. went to Bangi on 9th & 10th. right at the end of my day at Bangi, Selangor i am needed at Pasir Gudang, Johor on 11th & 12th.
today i am preparing for a round of Port Klang on 16th, Damansara on 17th & 18th, and Shah Alam on 19th.
all these for a first aid training in which i am the instructor together with a different partner every time we go out to teach.
i consider myself lucky enough not to be needed for a team building program today.

it is already June 2014. the new CPR guideline is going to be out next year. it seemed like it is just yesterday my ex training manager taught me the 2010 CPR guideline when i first came in here at the end of 2010.
and last week i took a step ahead towards another goal which i am given the end of the year as the deadline.
