the trip to Bali has also made me feel grateful of what i have in Malaysia.
when i came back i feel like
the highway is so wide
the food is so good
the car AC is so cooling
the technology
the buildings
the other cars
the people
it feels so good to be back
even though it was only for 4 days
and Bali sucks
but then i had a small talk about Bali with someone who knows Bali better
he said
before you go somewhere you must first
study the culture
the art
the streets
the nature
so that you will appreciate your trip to that particular place better.
before our trip to Bali, somebody else said
do you know why America, Japan & South Korea are so successful now?
because they are so proud of themselves
they are proud of their country
they are proud of what they do
how can you sell what you have if you are not proud of them?
sales is not always about products
the Balinese have maintained their culture and originality for years
and people know Bali more than they know Indonesia.
some even thought that Bali's & Indonesia's bank notes are different.
some even thought that Bali's & Indonesia's bank notes are different.
...
why are the Temples in Bali located in a place so far that you need the effort to drive/walk/crawl/whatever your way to get there?
because the journey to God is not easy.
