last few days, how late i am to bed,
say 1 or 2am,
i would always wake up at about 5am,
and then i just went back to sleep.
i set my alarm at 7.30am every morning.
and when i wake up to the alarm,
i really am fully awake.
and i spent some time under cover before going to shower.
but these 2 days,
i really force myself to wake up.
yesterday i slept at 11pm.
sigh~
