well if it is just fried fish or fried egg or fried vegetable or fried whatever i wouldnt need to go to the internet.
but if i were to cook other Malay food, eg:
Rendang Daging
(Beef Rendang)
or
Ayam Masak Lemak Cili Api
(Chicken Cook Fat Chilli Fire. pfft. Pa-nana?)
yes, i definitely need the specific guide on what i need for ingredients;
but i do not really need to know
how much do i put those ingredients in the cooking or
how long do i need to cook them.
in Malay cooking;
we would just
"agak-agak"
and the dish would turn out just right.
