installer datang kul 2.50pm tapi dia tak kena nahas dari saya. becos my mom, elder bro, sis in law, their baby and Tuan Muda ada bersama ketika installer sampai.

unifi replied me. yeay! 

but they totally didnt answer my question. no! 

kenapa takut sangat nak reply email?

kenapa salesperson yang explain everything kat aku aritu tak bagi phone number dia or email dia? come on man, i am not crazy. i wont call you in the middle of the night saying "weyh, aku kat depan rumah kau! come out and fight like a man!"

"kalau ada apa-apa, boleh call the number balik dan cakap nak cakap dengan *tuuut*."

pfft. so much of a customer service. konon.

ini betul-betul mengambil kesempatan. suh call that gotdem number which i will be charged 8 cents for the 1st 2 minutes of the call and 4 cents per minute subsequent?

well please be informed that i am not calling you to fight over something that is not my fault.

and dont make promises you cant keep.
