is the content of the sms i sent to my junior
on the 2nd day of the training.
today is the day
that there was 2 assessors;
a male & a female;
assessing 10 of the participants' presentations.
and i was 1 of the participants;
the 3rd to perform my presentation.
both the assessors didnt know us;
and we dont know them as well.
so there was and will not be any bias.
after i am done
the female assessor said
"your presentation overall is ok.
your LO is more to practical session.
you are well suited to be a trainer."
but the male assessor kept quiet.
so i asked
"is there anything i can hear from mr. xxx?"
he let out a quiet sigh.
then he said,
"well... wow!
all of you did see the difference of this presentation
compared to the other 2 before.
so my comment is just... wow!
you can come to us and be our trainer."
