Train The Trainer PSMB GMI ~ Day 5

basically there is nothing special today.

my colleague & i just came to put a signature on the attendance list;

and to barely listen to other participants' presentations.

but there are some of the presentations which caught my attention.

one of them was about personality & characteristic.

basically personality is what you see on others. 

for example, cute, sexy, rich, handsome, etc..

characteristic is what you see in others.

for example, responsible, romantic, loving, friendly, etc..

the 'trainer' asked us to paste a card on our own back & 

have other people to write what they thought we were.

this is what i get:

friendly, very positive, good communicator, penyayang (loving), active.

then the 'trainer' talked about DISC.

he did ask me to be one of his test subject beforehand.

so he asked me if i could answer some test question 

and that will determine what characteristics i have.

so during the presentation, he called me out

and asked the audience what type of characteristic they think i have.

most of them said that i am a D.

not dick, idiot.

dominant.

but based on the test, i am D & C.

again, not dick; and certainly not cock.

i am dominant & compliance.

so, friendly, good communicator & loving is kind of wrong.

but there are times, somehow, 

we need to change our characteristics

according to a situation.

i am in a service line. 

it would have been ridiculous if i were not being friendly.

i sometimes do research before i give out opinions or ideas.

i am sometimes emotional

and i can be very calm at every other times;

depending on the situation

and with whom i am.

it is not hypocrisy;

it is adapting to changes.

by the way, i have been called out by other 'trainers'

to participate in their demonstration

for about 3 times i think...

omg i am so popular.
